Truth is, I'd much rather have your vote, support, and involvement than a donation. So, be sure to vote for me and if you can pitch in as well, thank you!
A MODEST PROPOSAL
I'm going to win while spending a fraction of what my opponents will.
Yes, I'm going to invest some of my own money but, I'm going to do everything I can to keep Squires For Congress campaign contributions to an absolute minimum for four specific reasons:
Campaign spending is out of control
I don't want to rely on a massive media spend because it could keep me from creative problem solving, networking, getting involved, and putting in the hard work
I don't want to count on big donor contributions (no matter what the organization/affiliation) since I want my decisions as your congressman to be based on your wants and needs, not theirs
There are other ways to put your money to great use
Donations to worthy causes don't have to be money. Instead you can donate food, clothing, or volunteer your time - any and all efforts make a real difference.
CONSIDER GIVING TO A CAUSE OR CHARITABLE ORGANIZATION
For me, the thought of someone donating to Squires for Congress before other worthy organizations is distressing. It's true - I want your vote and involvement more than anything else. So, please consider giving to a cause or charitable organization of your choice before donating to Squires for Congress (even a small contribution can make a big difference in someone's life!).
Just for fun, here are a handful of organizations that I think are doing great work* - click on a logo to learn more:
DONATING TO SQUIRES FOR CONGRESS
If you'd like to donate to Squires for Congress, just click on the button below; I use ActBlue, a third-party resource, to accept campaign donations.
The organizations shown here have no formal relationship/association with/to Squires For Congress (nor to one another) and are identified for informational purposes only. In short, I believe in these orgs whether or not they believe in me. So, if you see a group or cause you'd like to support, click on their logo to learn more.
Of course, this isn't intended to be a complete list of worthy organizations. If you don't see one here that you'd like to get behind, please look it up and donate accordingly. Also, if you know of a worthy organization that's not listed here but, you'd like to have it included here, please LMK.
Finally, when you volunteer or donate directly to one of these causes, charities, or organizations (instead of Squires for Congress), give a shout out to #doubledeuces2022 so we can celebrate with you!
